Will you help me with my job search here?
If you are looking for peer support, networking and accountability for your job search, the Collective may be a great fit. We do have members who are seeking new opportunities. We also maintain a separate program and community for job seekers, Work Wonders & Co. Those members receive access to our job search curriculum, additional calls, and feedback on resumes. If that's what you're looking for, please join us in Work Wonders & Co.

I'm busy. How much of a time commitment is this?
That's up to you! Some people just take advantage of our private channel, some try to attend our programs and check ins. We've priced this community so people don't feel a ton of pressure to take advantage of everything or experience a ton of FOMO. Sometimes a little support goes a long way and many people like knowing they have access to a career coach in their back pocket while the navigate their career!

What if I decide I want to quit?
We're building a community where people want to learn, grow and contribute to one another. In order to do this well, we ask that you only consider joining if you can commit to three months. Of course, you can cancel anytime.
